Capstan Mexico, located in the beautiful central state of Jalisco, has positioned itself as an industry leader in high volume part production. Serving primarily the appliance and automotive markets, Capstan Mexico maintains a superior reputation with the capability to succeed at cost effective demanding high volume applications. Capstan Mexico is located on a newly renovated seven acre facility near the Guadalajara International Airport. Neighbors such as IBM and Honda compliment a world class manufacturing area. Regular shipments through a NAFTA-streamlined border, overnight delivery, first class rail system, and excellent telephone and interest links make Mexico a natural trading partner with the Midwest and Southern United States.

We offer new American mechanical multi-action compacting presses, sintering furnaces, continuous steam treatment, and secondary operations, as well as a complete metallurgical lab, in-house product development and tooling. Our creative staff and efficient molding and sintering techniques utilizing advanced quality systems throughout every step of our process, works to your benefit.
